The tape deck automatically normalizes all loaded samples to ensure consistent volume levels.
Use the "Sample Normalization" control to adjust the target level (-30dB to -6dB).
Lower values = quieter samples, higher values = louder samples.
The normalization gain is displayed next to each sample's duration.
